The 1.9 TDi 103bhp engine runs PD injection with the latest generation of EDC16 ECU fitted to the PD range. The remap we offer is an extremely safe and reliable upgrade due to the level of tolerances available in this unit. The power at 158bhp provides for impressive performance and a nice improvement in fuel economy. For those wishing to get the very best we can increase the bhp further still with software upgrade alone. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.

just to let you know about my remap with you. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, I cant tell enough people about it, it does what it says on the can, no regrets my VW TOURAN 105 is now 164 puts a smile on my face every time I use the car, trouble is I want more.
