The 1.4 TDi engine utilises a VNT Garrett Turbo charger and side mounted intercooler which provide good performance from the PD engine. We utilise torque limiters in our modified software to ensure the engine speeds reach 2,250rpm before bringing in maximum torque, this ensures a higher lbft torque figure to be achieved whilst maintaining clutch life. Like all the PD engines, turbo upgrades provide for massive power gains should you wish to go further? We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to alter/install launch control into the software. This enables fixed RPM launches enabling faster sprint times. Booked my car in last week on Celtics website, they came out Thursday and did a mobile remap, the car felt quick standard with it 100bhp but when Mark and Graham had finished with it bloody hell it didn't half shift.

Final rough figure were around 150 to 155ish bhp and i think he said about 268ish lbft (but i might be wrong haha) just want to say a big thanks to the guys who did it for me and highly recommend to anyone wanting more power and torque.
