The 1.4 TDi engine utilises a VNT Garrett Turbo charger and side mounted intercooler which provide good performance from the PD engine. We utilise torque limiters in our modified software to ensure the engine speeds reach 2,250rpm before bringing in maximum torque, this ensures a higher lbft torque figure to be achieved whilst maintaining clutch life. Like all the PD engines, turbo upgrades provide for massive power gains should you wish to go further? We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to alter/install launch control into the software. This enables fixed RPM launches enabling faster sprint times. Great service overall and an excellent technician (Kevin), he really was very good at his job and if you're lucky enough to get him, rest assured you won't be disappointed.

The Lupo has been transformed, the biggest difference being throttle response you don't get a massive bhp increase obviously but coupled to other mods the remap is the icing on the cake.
