The 1.9 TDi 115bhp utilises a VNT Garrett Turbo charger and side mounted intercooler which provide good performance from the PD engine. We utilise torque limiters in our modified software to ensure the engine speeds reach 2,250rpm before bringing in maximum torque, this ensures a higher lbft torque figure to be achieved whilst maintaining clutch life. Like all the PD engines, turbo upgrades provide for massive power gains should you wish to go further? We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. I got my GTTDI 115PD re-mapped by Celtic Tuning. The communication before hand was second to none and the lads turned up on the dot. The second the

bonnet was lifted down came the sleet. Not put off by this they went to work. What a difference it made!!!

Apologies for the 'blue language' on the test drive but I couldn't believe it was the same car! The torque is totally amazing now and it's hard to keep the traction control light out.

The power used to drop off at 2500rpm but now it pulls smooth and strong up to 4000rpm. 4th gear pulls like 3rd used to. Economy is certainly no worse, if anything it's better because you don't have to 'drop it down' as much.

So glad I got it done instead of paying 1000's more for a GTTDI 150PD.

Many thanks for the remap you carried out on my VW GTTDI Golf.

I had heard that the remap takes 100 miles or so to bed in but on the test drive the difference was immediately obvious.

It's easy to use too many superlatives but the performance really is completely changed. The acceleration in second from 15-45mph is brutal and each gear now pulls like the one lower used to.

I find now that changing down is usually unnecessary. Also, apart from the obvious power and torque gains, the engine is running smoother.

I have owned the car for 2 years and only wish I had got it done sooner.
