The very latest generation of VAG engine is the new Common Rail turbo diesel. With massively improved refinement and with multiple injection technology it is possible to achieve impressive power levels without detriment to emissions or reliability. The 108bhp is simply a detuned 138bhp with 100% identical components, the difference in peak figures is due to the 108bhp having a 5 speed box and the 138bhp having 6 speeds. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. VW Caddy Maxi 2.0 140 to 197bhp

Came over from Germany for a remap, EGR delete and Vmax delete Very impressed.

The car runs smoother, pick up is cleaner and it's still returning great mpg. I have done 3000km in the 7 days and it absolutely hauls on the autobahn now. Importantly, the back of the car is clean, so no over fuelling or excessive smoke.

I had my Caddy Van Remapped today by Kevin at Celtic Tuning and WOW, what a difference it has made.
The Engine feels far more responsive and smooth. It pulls far better throughout the gear range than it previously did. Hills can easily be conquered without the need to change down the gears.


From the moment I arrived I was treated with extreme professionalism and the whole process was explained clearly and in detail.
I've gone from the factory set 100Bhp to 140Bhp and gained over 45Ft-Lbs of torque. It feels like a new van.


I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend Celtic Tuning to anyone who wants a remap service.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.
