The 1.9 CDTi 120bhp is the first incarnation of the Multijet engine. Utilising multiple injections per stroke it pushed refinement and power levels to a new high. With our software upgrade we can achieve 180bhp and 283lbft torque which gives for superb performance. The 120bhp is in essence a 150bhp but detuned in the software. The majority of the power comes from the removal of limiters and the end result is achieved using only a 0.1 bar increase in boost pressure, despite being a huge power improvement it is a very safe and reliable upgrade. We have developed this engine extensively and can provide more or less power than quoted. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Diesel Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle. For more information please refer to our section on DPF Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.

This was the first time that I had tuned a vehicle at all. My tuner, Kevin, was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to provide advice and explain everything to do with the tune. He was professional and friendly. We took the car out for a spin to male sure all was good and I was happy with the tune before paying.

A fantastic team and a truly amazing result. The customer service from these guys is without doubt, superb. I was concerned about remapping my van with so few miles on the clock. After talking to Graham I was completely happy to go ahead.

The result is much better than I had anticipated; obviously the additional power is expected, but the subtle improvements really are very impressive - the van starts better and runs smoother which from a brand new engine you would think is impossible. At running temperature it hardly sounds like a diesel and fuel economy has actually increased. Before the remap it also smoked quite heavily, now it's perfectly clean.

The power delivery of the engine is now much smoother and available from an earlier rpm continuing throughout the rpm range.

Thanks a lot guys, a genuine product and superb service.
