The 1.9 TDi 150bhp utilises a large Garrett GT1749V Turbo charger with front mounted intercooler to provide huge performance from the PD engine. We utilise torque limiters in our modified software to ensure the engine speeds reach 2,250rpm before bringing in maximum torque, this ensures a higher lbft torque figure to be achieved whilst maintaining clutch life. These engines when fitted with uprated turbo and clutch can easily achieve in excess of 260bhp. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to alter/install launch control into the software. This enables fixed RPM launches enabling faster sprint times. Just wanted to say a big thanks to you guys, getting my car remapped was the best money i've spent on a car! It has completely changed the way it drives.

Pete was really good, he explained what he was doing the whole way through, it took quite a long time to do due to technology problems but we got there in the end and it was well worth the wait!

My main worry was whether i was going to notice much difference but that question was answered as soon as i took the car out for the test drive. I was amazed at the transformation of the car.

The car now pulls in every gear and right throughout the rev range as well, third gear is quite outstanding, i can be hovering at about 2000 revs put my foot down and it flies, the traction control flashes at me a fair bit too!

Anyway many thanks again, I would recommend you guys to anyone. Cheers
