We at Celtic Tuning develop all of our own software in house using the very latest equipment.
All of our software is developed in our purpose built dyno cells running state of the art Dynocom 4WD rolling roads to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures (where applicable) are all within tolerance.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Diesel Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle. For more information please refer to our section on DPF Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the AdBlue system enabling it to be removed from the vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.

Had my Megane remapped at my own house on 31st of January. It's been 3 weeks since then. Car was quite quick before for a little 1.5 diesel. After the remap was done which only took half an hour, it is astonishing!

The car feels faster than most 2.0 litres and completely changed the way it performs. Before there were flat spots especially is 1st. But now it just pulls effortlessly and smoothly is every gear. Fuel economy has gone up a bit too! Easy 55mpg.

If you're considering remapping your car then I would very much recommend Celtic Tuning!

I had Kevin out today to carry out a stage one remap on my Renault Traffic works van, he was very knowledgeable and a credit to the company.

Well what can I say, the remap has totally transformed my van, the sluggish pickup has gone and it has become a lot more drivable.

Highly recommend Celtic Tuning to any one contemplation have a remap done.

Had my Clio re-mapped last Thursday, a meagre 86bhp to 111bhp, can't believe the improvement in performance and fuel economy.


Ok it's not a high performance car but my acceleration is so much better and I am getting 63mpg, highly recommend Celtic Tuning, great service.

Had my Renault Laguna 3 Coupe remapped a couple of weeks ago and once again I cannot praise Celtic Tuning highly enough. This is the 4th car they have remapped for me and once again the performance of the car is markedly improved. As well as feeling much tighter under foot I have also achieved an extra 3 to 4 miles per gallon and with the mileage I do that's a big saving.

Not only do Celtic Tuning provide an excellent friendly service but they are also very competitive in what is an expanding market. Always recommend Celtic Tuning and have no hesitation to do so again.

Had economy remap to assist towing a caravan which is 200kg heavier than old one. Have driven the van for a week now and I have to say that the increase in bhp and torque is spectacular.

I can see that when I do tow the caravan later in September it will show a definite improvement in power and economy. In the meantime I am just enjoying the much improved drive ability.

Didn't know what to expect from getting my car remapped, although I'd read a lot of great reviews on the website.

Kevin came on a cold wet Wednesday morning and set about making my little diesel Clio into the car it should have been from the factory!

Pre-remap it was fairly quick as it's a light little car, but post-remap it now flies! Overtaking is simple and stress free, the car pulls from lower revs and the turbo kicks in much quicker and much more strongly than before. Safe to say after doing about 500 miles since it was done I still have a huge grin on my face when I pass bigger cars in my little Clio :)
