The 2.0 TDi engine supersedes the early 1.9 unit to take power and refinement to the next level. Using VW?s highly acclaimed PD injection system and the latest EDC16 ECU controllers, the stock outputs on these are impressive even as standard. With 2025 bar injection pressure these engines produce high torque at low loads and enable great gains to be had from tuning. The 138bhp (140PS) variant easily achieves 188bhp with little effort. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. Booked in for my first remap and the service was great, Luke explained everything I needed to know and Cam arrived when they said, even put up with all my questions. Slight problem came when it turned out my Lancer had been mapped before, badly.

Cam explained everything and put a new map in, left me to decide on the outcome and it's awesome, couldn't be happier!
