We at Celtic Tuning develop all of our own software in house using the very latest equipment.
All of our software is developed in our purpose built dyno cells running state of the art Dynocom 4WD rolling roads to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures (where applicable) are all within tolerance.

STAGE NOTES

Stage 2 on the new Vito is effectively the stage 1 from the 111 CDI as it is 100% mechanically identical.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the AdBlue system enabling it to be removed from the vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.

I'd just like to say what a great job you folks at Celtic did on the remap of my 114 Vito. When I bought the van, I was initially disappointed.

I called Celtic and the staff were very helpful. I booked the date and the tech turned up on time and did then work. A week later I called back to say the Merc remap file was not what is expected, performance-wise, Again the staff were very helpful and rebooked the tech to put the 240bhp file on the van.

The result was dramatic, it pulls really well all the way to high revs(I haven't tried past 3500rpm) although most of the time I drive it between 1200-2300rpm and its great such an improvement.
The more i get used to it the better the mpg i get .... drove it back from Lakes on A66 and got 49.8mpg average on the journey ...thats fantastic for a big van imo.

Loving the extra torque which makes for a much smoother take off. Original spec had just enough power but needed winding up first which could make junctions tricky.

Whilst only 30 odd extra torques and horses it's made all the difference and all the power more accessible. It's made a great bus much more enjoyable to drive.
