I had a Celtic Tuning remap done on my 2007 Grand Cherokee CRD a couple of months ago. I have owned 7 diesel vehicles previously, had them all remapped or fitted tuning boxes, and the results have all been good, noticeable improvements in quietness, smoothness, grunt and power - never regretted them.
The remap to my Jeep however - has been simply astounding. It completely transformed the car. It now drives like a different vehicle. So much more pulling power throughout the rev range, overtaking is a pleasure rather than a chore, no peakiness, no flat spots, no plumes of smoke.
Celtic Tuning claims an increase to 290 bhp which is difficult to believe, but the way the car performs - it's now difficult for me to doubt. Best money I have spent.

I had the Stage 1 remap to my Jeep Wrangler administered by Celtic Tuning’s Cameron as a mobile service. Cameron was very professional and talked me through the remap, explaining each stage.
The result has been excellent. The throttle response is much better and has removed the sluggishness, the torque is much stronger and the whole engine / drivetrain is now very smooth; a different vehicle. As a bonus, the mpg return is about 10%-12% more efficient, especially on longer runs.
I recommend this remap and I really should have had it done earlier!

I had my jeep remapped around 6000 miles ago. Wow what a difference! Now it really goes, especially excellent when towing 3.5tonne trailer. There is loads more power and torque throughout the rev range.
I absolutely love it and would recommend. Mpg is slightly up on what it was by 1-2 mpg. Excellent service and very helpful staff who don't pressure sell, all in all very good and greatly improved drivability.
Thanks Mark

Just got back to South Devon: what a transformation! Pick up and throttle response both markedly improved, in gear acceleration is noticeably better, low speed pick up is excellent and, with a direct there and back comparison on mixed roads, mpg went from 27.5 (there) to 33.1 (way back).
An excellent outcome! Quick, efficient and courteous service as well, what more could I ask for!

I've had many previous cars tuned before from other companies, including turbo diesel vehicles. I have to say that this tune is the best tune out of any I've received in the past, for the following reasons-
1. Power is smooth. This is how the truck should've been from the factory.
2. Turbo lag is not present anymore.
3. MPG is UP as stated on website.
4. Customer service is top notch.
Thanks Celtic!

After only 3 days of driving my re-mapped Jeep I can only say the difference is outstanding.
Where as before the car was very ponderous on throttle response, the re-map has brought the whole car alive! Bags of Torque, the car is always on the throttle, and after 3 days of ragging around and playing silly buggers, fuel economy is the same as before the work, if not slightly better.
I’m sure that reverting to my normal style of driving will see fuel economy improvements.
Thanks to you and Mark, an excellent job that I would recommend to anybody.

I've recently returned from my holidays where I drove this vehicle across France via Autoroutes, N roads and extensively in both the northern and southern alps and having taken this car through France and Spain on several occasions previously I can say simply that the difference is quite astounding.
It now cruises at high speed with noticeably less effort and deals with the acceleration on the difficult mountain roads far more easily, so I'm impressed. It also returned an impressive 10.9Lt per 100Km average fuel consumption despite a lot of hard driving, which is a slight improvement on previous journies of similar length and driving conditions.
Now back in UK mode and on Devon roads it's telling me 25.6 MPG average when it would previously and more usually have been 24 mpg or slightly under. A bonus I think

Alongside the engine control unit (ECU) we are also able to provide transmission control unit (TCU) software to help further enhance your vehicle. There is a lot of limitation built into modern gearbox software to help hold back the power gains you are trying to achieve from your engine, our gearbox software overcomes this and helps transform the way the car drives. Some of the modifications include raising maximum torque limiters, faster gear shift speeds, increased clamping pressures to prevent clutch wear, increased engine RPM limiters and much more…
