Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.d as our fast road application which is the best all round performance for stock vehicles.

Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.

Notice the Stage 2 remap difference straight away power all the way through the rev range and increase in torque aswell, definitely benefits going on the Dyno too gets the best out of your car 👍

Scott was amazing today, truly brilliant customer service!

I find dealing with most companies really painful usually, people don't seem to care and aren't helpful but Scott was the best customer care person I've had the pleasure to deal with in years. Called at 9 this morning and He answered all my questions and made sure that I got my map before close of business at 1pm.

Simply stunning service from this guy. Pleasant and helpful throughout.

If you're hesitating about getting a map from Celtic just do it. The car is so much smoother to drive and responds so well now. Revs through the full range easily and seems quieter. Honestly it's doesn't feel like a diesel now.

Having owned a fair few Honda’s over the past years, (5 in the last 8yrs) it’s become a brand I’ve come to love and the CRV was one I had always book-marked for the “family/dogs” car. My much adored 2.4 petrol accord has now taken the position of my weekend/track toy, having spent thousands on tuning it, it became a unpractical race car for the road and thus I bought the 2010 2.2 crv idtec to be my new daily commuter and general family workhorse but I felt the power just wasn’t there.

Normally a diesel provides low range torque but it just felt gutless. I came across Celtic Tuning and saw the quoted figures, to be honest I did think at first it was to good to be true, the service is great, constant communication from head office and a very friendly and informative technician who came out to my work address to remap my car and after having the map done it really has unleashed the car’s true potential.

Instantly it felt smoother and more refined, don’t expect it to all of a sudden perform like a type r, it won’t, remember it’s still a large 4x4! so it’s never going to throw you back into your seat or blast off the lights, it just feels as if it’s how Honda intended it to be before it got de-tuned to fit within regulations or emission laws etc.

Thankyou CelticTuning, you’ve now created another car to pour my money into 🙂

Just had my 2.2 dtec remapped by Celtic Tuning. Very professional service, Scott who carried remap for me answered all my questions and was helpful. I went for 210bhp remap because in the past I had cars around 250-300hp and I’m kind of used to good acceleration. Much quicker throttle response and 0-62 is now around 7secs which previously we were looking at around 8.5 secs.

Had the car tuned to improve torque + acceleration for my caravan holiday in the summer of 2017. I could feel the difference straight away as I drove back from their headquarters in Newquay. 7 months on it's been money well spent - so much better at pulling the caravan or when I have the car loaded with my kids.

Always felt the car was under powered, now it's a car that does as I'd hoped.

When I bought the Civic, I went for the 2.2 147 bhp version as I wanted a bit of poke. My wife's 170bhp Passat is terrific, and I'd always wanted the Civic.

Sadly, it was disappointing - OK, but really not what it should have been. Down on power, and suffered a lot of pre-detonation/pinking. I settled on the Eco tune version from Celtic - I'm not looking for stupid power - so it was a choice between stage 1 and Eco.

Am I happy - oh, yes. Its not a lot more economical, but I did not really expect it, as I'm a pretty steady driver (Think Captain Slow, but less exciting) but it is a hell of lot smoother - the pinking has gone, and a lot more powerful. It is now a real pleasure to drive.

It was all well organised, on time, done in 90 mins, had a test drive as well, so I am a happy bunny. Yes, I'd give it a an overall 11/10 for Celtic.

Me and my step dad had both of our cars remapped with a Stage 1 with EGR delete, what a difference it has made to both of our cars. Throttle response is instant, flat spots are gone and I have seen a MPG increase on the way back. They are different cars to drive.

After reading the internet forums and taking advice from another 9th Gen Honda Civic owner, I took the plunge to make the 5hr trip to see these guys down in Cornwall. Met up in reception with Cam & Simon "The Honda man", made to feel at home while the car was taken into the workshop and on the rollers. The guys took the time to explain what the process was for my vehicle, answered all my questions and cleared all my doubts.

On paper, the results, the speak for themselves... On the road, the engine is more eager to pull and the throttle more responsive, both in town centre style driving and on the open road.

Very pleased with the service, and with the results. Recommend these guys for Honda Civic diesel drivers looking for a little more punch & responsiveness to their daily drive.

Very pleased with the remap from Celtic tuning. Professional company with skilled engineers who carried out the work on my CRV very competently. The engine is significantly more powerful and smoother and is returning approx ten percent better MPG.

Its a winner all round, money well spent, I'm very pleased.
