The 1.3 16v Multijet engine comes in a variety of power outputs and the one fitted to the Fiat 500 is the least powerful. This, from a tuning point of view, provides the best scope for good power gains and using standard engine tolerances. The MJD6FD ECU is fitted also to the 90bhp variant and as such enables us to provide two levels of tuning. Stage 1 is factory 90bhp software providing a dyno figure of 92bhp and 152lbft and using 100% factory spec tolerances. Stage 2 is our highly developed software providing 111bhp and a staggering 176lbft whilst keeping factory boost levels to maintain maximum reliability. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

OPTIONS

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Diesel Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle. For more information please refer to our section on DPF Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.
