I had the Stage 1 tune done about 2 months ago with my primary concern being the EGR, but not unhappy to remove the DEF usage and reduce the turbo lag.
My truck definitely runs differently with the lag reduced significantly, and the peace of mind to know the EGR isn't filling my intake with a gooey mess.
Service by John in Mississauga is excellent.

I used straight pipes from flo-pro and kept the muffler. The exhaust is pretty stinking but the unit has more power and better fuel economy now. Before, I was getting 8.1 L/100km on the hwy with Wild Country XTX 275/60R/20 tires, now I am getting 7.1. If you don't mind the occasional smell of diesel at stop lights, give it a try!
