We at Celtic Tuning develop all of our own software in house using the very latest equipment.
All of our software is developed in our purpose built dyno cells running state of the art Dynocom 4WD rolling roads to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures (where applicable) are all within tolerance.
We pride ourselves on our ability to achieve maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Please note the torque figures differences are due to the nature of the Automatic gearbox and the kick down. The BHP figures are correct but the torque is higher than claimed.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. Drove to Celtic's HQ near Newquay for the tuning process, a first class business premises with free Wi-Fi in the waiting room first class!

The tuning took ninety minutes, and before I paid was asked to have a test drive to make sure that I was happy with the job and yes all good.

The drive back to Dorset put a smile on my face, now with 360 HP and 510 foot LBS of torque, but what was most impressive was the five miles MPG I have gained. The car is so much more responsive thanks lads for a very impressive job and treating me as a customer!!

There is a lot of limitation built into modern gearbox software to help hold back the power gains you are trying to achieve from your engine, our gearbox software overcomes this and helps transform the way the car drives. Some of the modifications include raising maximum torque limiters, faster gear shift speeds, increased clamping pressures to prevent clutch wear, increased engine RPM limiters and much more…
