Taking refinement and power to a new level, the new range of 2.0d engines operate the latest EDC17 ECU and 1800bar Piezo injectors. With power up to 199bhp and 285lbft torque the performance from the 2.0d engine is vastly improved giving it more torque than the Twin Turbo variant! We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Diesel Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle. For more information please refer to our section on DPF Removal.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the AdBlue system enabling it to be removed from the vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the Start/Stop function rendering it inactive, and preventing the engine from automatically turning off when stationary.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.Immobiliser Delete

Just a note to say thank you for a job well done. Took a bit longer than expected, but now I appreciate the individual attention that each client receives in getting a totally individual remap without cutting corners. Car totally transformed from sedate cruiser to hot hatch. Now actually enjoy driving the car whereas before simply a means of transport. Happy to say better fuel economy - 5mpg on average.
