The 1.8 20v Turbo engine is a superb base for tuning, with a huge list of stock components as well as aftermarket, the potential for tuning this engine is huge. Running an uprated KO3S turbo, it's good for higher pressures and more durable than the KO3 it supersedes. The performance gains from software alone are impressive! Check out our Stage 2 & 3 conversions if modified software alone isn?t enough as this engine has the capability of 400bhp with the right setup! We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.d as our fast road application which is the best all round performance for stock vehicles.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the secondary oxygen (O₂) sensor, allowing for the removal of the catalytic converter without triggering diagnostic trouble codes or warning lights.Immobiliser Delete

Having spoken at length to the people at Celtic Tuning i was confident that the re-map on my Audi TT would be to a very high standard.
