The 1.8 20v Turbo engine is a superb base for tuning, with a huge list of stock components as well as aftermarket, the potential for tuning this engine is huge. Running a KO3 turbo on low pressure as stock, the gains are impressive. Check out our Stage 2 & 3 conversions if modified software alone isn?t enough as this engine has the capability of 400bhp with the right setup! We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Our Stage 1 ECU remap is developed to safely improve your vehicle's power and torque whilst maintaining standard components and remaining within tolerances. <br/><br/> It's the perfect balance of increased power and day-to-day usability, which is ideal for those who want extra performance but not at the cost of additional hardware or reliability.d as our fast road application which is the best all round performance for stock vehicles.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the swirl flaps, enabling them to be removed from the vehicle and save costly repair bills.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the secondary oxygen (O₂) sensor, allowing for the removal of the catalytic converter without triggering diagnostic trouble codes or warning lights.Immobiliser Delete

This is the 3rd car that Celtic Tuning have remapped for and once again they have come up trumps. The car is now much smoother through the gears and pulls like a train with little, if any loss in economy. When my first car, a Peugeot 206 it became a pocket rocket. Back then Celtic Tuning was a two man one woman band if my memory serves me correct.

I am glad to see all their hard work has paid off, as the service and price is always first class.
