The latest 2.0 Turbo engine from FPT fitted to the Alfa Romeo Stelvio is fitted with the latest management system from Magnetti Marelli, the MM10J unit. The management, injectors and turbo are identical and therefore the stage 1 upgrade is a factory 276bhp upgrade enabling the 200bhp variant to receive a huge upgrade on the stage 2.

STAGE NOTES

Stage 2 Tune is a software upgrade to the same as a stage 1 tuned Veloce. We can also provide stop/start removal, decat, GPF delete, hard cut rev limiter and hybrid turbo upgrades. Alongside this, on all stages of tune, we can also tune the ZF8 automatic transmission for higher torque allowances, greater clamping pressures and faster shift speeds.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve enabling it to be blanked off. For more information please refer to our section on EGR Removal.Where applicable we are able to raise the RPM limiter enabling a wider RPM band for performance. This is available on both petrol and diesel engines.Where applicable we are able to raise/lower or completely remove the maximum speed limiter from a vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the Gasoline Particulate Filter enabling it to be removed from the vehicle.Where applicable we are able to switch off the Start/Stop function rendering it inactive, and preventing the engine from automatically turning off when stationary.Where applicable we are able to switch off the software functionality and monitoring for the secondary oxygen (O₂) sensor, allowing for the removal of the catalytic converter without triggering diagnostic trouble codes or warning lights.

First of all I would like to say what a great bunch of guys down there in Newquay and they make you a lovely cup of tea, no chocolate biscuits though.lol. Didn’t expect to much from the chip to be honest because the car was already fast but when I got the car back after a couple of hours and opened her up , Bloody Hell! it was now very fast, couldn’t believe the difference it could make and boy am I happy with CT.
